Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
