At Noah Nomadic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds and Return Policy explains the conditions, time frames, and process for returns and refunds.
You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Products returned after the 7-day return window
Items without original packaging or missing components
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Since Noah Nomadic operates on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via a mutually agreed method such as bank transfer or store credit
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and follow the same conditions as returns.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process instead.
Noah Nomadic reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
